Based in Hatha yoga, it is a progressive class with a regular component of poses and breathing exercises that are built upon each week. The session progresses further by exploring different styles of yoga, the 8 Limbs and the Chakra system as the students become more comfortable and confident in their practice.
A general focus on fun, self-acceptance, confidence, love and gratitude. Catherine uses humour, stories and dance in her classes. She encourages participation and holds a safe space for Junior yogis-in-training to let their true selves to shine.
All Junior Yogis, aged 8-12 are welcome!
