Partner Yoga invites openness, laughter, communication & connection into your practice. Your partner becomes your most essential prop in this practice. Assisted stretches help us find length & depth through the hamstrings & spine and release through the hips & shoulders that you often can’t achieve practicing alone. Learn a little Thai Massage that you and your partner can even do at home before closing with a nice long Savasana.
