Yoga makes me feel alive and helps to keep me energized & inspired, sharing that with others, is a passion.  My personal practice and training focuses on Yin, Slow Flow, Meditation and Yoga Nidra.  I’m an RYT200 in Hatha,  with over 150 additional hours of Yin and Yoga Nidra training & certification, plus I hold certifications in Partner Yoga and Chair Yoga.

My style is simple.  When I step to the front of the room I’m there for only one purpose, to help you find a practice that feels good physically, emotionally & energetically.  I offer lots of options for a strong practice and a more gentle one. I always encourage pausing to figure out what you really need today, to explore your energy and your strength, challenge yourself and finish your practice feeling amazing.
