Tanya has always had a passion for sharing her enthusiasm & experience with others. As Yoga became a guiding presence in her life, training to share this love was a natural next step. Bringing spirit & creativity to infuse your practice with positivity & gratitude is her goal every time to she steps on the mat. She believes that yoga is for every body and provides alignment based instruction with options and supports to allow each student to move and explore, challenge themselves, feel good in their skin & leave their mat smiling & energized.
