I took my first yoga class in 2006. At first it felt like the strangest thing ever. It didn’t take long before I was hooked. In 2009 I completed my 200 hour teacher training and never looked back.

I have received a great gift in the practice and teaching of Yoga. It uplifts my spirits, helps me stay centered, focused, calm & peaceful, as well as humble & grateful. I have become stronger and also quite fit with a regular yoga practice. When I wake up each morning and I take that first conscious sip of air and I feel the breath move in and the breath move out, I am reminded of how truly lucky and privileged I am. Life is full of ups and downs; pausing to enjoy the simple things like that breath of air and the beat of your heart that magically occur in your body over and over again is a little miracle.

My goal as a teacher is to bring students on a journey, allowing them to step out of their comfort zone, providing them a safe and supportive environment to grow, evolve, breath, expand and simply feel good about themselves inside and out, top to bottom.
