Iron Yoga← Back to timetable An Iron Yoga sequence is a Power Yoga based class which incorporates isolation and compound weight-training movements using dumbbells while performing a series of yoga poses. This practice will help improve lean muscle mass and build upper-body strength. For Everyone! Students can choose to use weights or not.
