Iron Yoga

An Iron Yoga sequence is a Hatha based class which incorporates isolation and compound weight-training movements using dumbbells while performing a series of yoga poses. This practice will help improve lean muscle mass and build upper-body strength. For everyone as the option to not use weights and rely on your own body weight is also encouraged.
