For the whole family! Geared to families with children between the ages of 0-10 yrs. What could be more fun than doing yoga as a family? No experience required. Come out and strengthen your bodies and your relationships through yoga postures combined with music, stories, yoga games, and yoga dance. Parents, grandparents, Aunties or Uncles all welcome. Bring your children!
For families with children closer to teen years, register them for our Junior Yogi-in-Training on Friday evenings where they can explore their boundaries through a more advanced practice with their peers.
