If you answered yes to any of the above, join me for a two-hour “Mountain Flow” class that promises to be a wonderful journey inward and upwards.
This flow class will slowly build to a peak of fun and creative flow sequences. We will slowly wind our way down with breath work, a series of Yin-based stretches and a luxuriously long savasana.
